I picked up a Snugpak jacket i’m happy with it. The quality feels really solid, the stitching is tidy, and it keeps me nice and warm. My only complaint is the zip could be a bit smoother, which is kind of ridiculous considering how good the rest of the jacket is. Still, overall it’s a great bit of gear.

I like this pack overall—it folds down small, which is great, but it does feel kind of heavy once you actually pick it up. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I noticed right away.

They did get everything sorted out for me, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a little longer than I expected, but support teams are always kind of slow no matter where you go...

Tried finding what I needed. Took longer than it should’ve. The site felt a little clunky, honestly. Not impossible, just annoying...

The delivery came when they said it would, right on time, right on time. No problems or anything, a smooth experience.

I used this camping last weekend on a cold night and it kept me way warmer than I expected. The insulation feels good and I didn’t notice any cold spots. Just a warning to others: if you tend to sleep hot, this might be a bit too warm for milder nights. Overall though, I’m really happy with it.

It felt soft and warm without being all bulky or awkward, which was a nice surprise. So, overall, yeah, really comfy and definitely something I’m glad I bought

Had to return a jacket because the fit was just off. The return form was easy tbh, but I did have to follow up after a couple weeks to get the refund moving, which was a little annoying.
I also asked about a warranty issue with a bag seam, and they did get back to me, just not super quickly. It all got sorted in the end, so overall not bad, but support could def be faster and a bit clearer.

Got caught in rain for about 20 minutes or so, and it handled it well. I wasn’t bone dry, but I’d say it kept me dry enough for everyday use.

I used my Snugpak bag over a cold weekend, and the temperature rating seemed mostly accurate. That said, once it got anywhere near the lower limit, I definitely started feeling chilly. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker, but I wouldn’t say it kept me as warm as I’d hoped. Fair enough for the rating, just don’t expect miracles if you’re pushing it close to the limit.

I bought a jacket from Snugpak and, to be fair, it’s been perfectly fine so far. It keeps me warm enough and does what I needed it to do, so I can’t say it’s a bad product.

That said, for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more premium. The fit was a little odd on me too, which made me question whether it was really worth paying full price.

I’ve had mine for ages now and it’s been dragged around all over the place. i feel like I’m the only one who even notices how much use it gets, but it’s still holding up great with no rips or busted seams.

The products themselves looked fine, so that part was okay I guess, but actually shopping on the website wasn’t smooth at all. I ended up giving up once and coming back later. Practical, easy to use, and it looks decent too.
